We have been here at 548 Madanpur Khadar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Sarita Vihar and the streets are always full of people moving around. Most of us get here early because the traffic in New Delhi can be a real headache if you’re even ten minutes late. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. There are some desks, computers, and a small area where we keep the water cooler and some files that need sorting. We don't really do big speeches or meetings that go on for hours. It’s mostly just us chatting about what needs to happen today and then getting to it. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power flickers, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We’ve got some neighbors who run small shops and we often see them when we step out for a quick tea break. It’s a bit noisy outside with the rickshaws and cars constantly honking, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like being in this part of the city because it feels real. It’s not like those shiny glass buildings you see in the newer parts of Delhi. Here, you see the actual life of the city every time you look out the window. We just keep our heads down and try to stay organized.
