We are located at 15/450 in Trilok Puri, which is a busy part of New Delhi. Being here means we see a lot of people going about their daily lives. Our little office handles travel stuff and holiday planning, mostly for people in the local area or those who find us through word of mouth. It’s not a massive operation with glass walls and expensive carpets. It is more of a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We started this because we liked talking about different places and helping folks get their tickets or tours sorted out without too much fuss. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when many people show up at once, but we usually manage to get everyone sorted. Trilok Puri has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over time. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy signs. Most of our energy goes into making sure the bookings are right and the dates work out for whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward way of working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable one here in our corner of Delhi. If you ever find yourself near block 15, you might see us. We keep things pretty simple and don’t use a lot of complicated words when we talk to our customers. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out.
