Our place is right in the middle of New Delhi. It's a busy city, as everyone knows. We spend most of our time answering phones and checking on things for people who want to go somewhere else for a bit. It’s funny because we stay right here while everyone else is planning to leave. The office stays pretty cluttered with papers and travel folders. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us and a few desks. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit, which gives us time to talk. We usually bring our own food from home. The street outside is always full of people and cars. It’s noisy, but that’s just how Delhi is. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stacks of paperwork get a little high. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the bookings go through. It's a lot of typing and looking at calendars. In the afternoons, it gets a bit quiet before the last-minute calls start coming in. We've been doing this for some time now and we know the routine. It’s just a normal job in a normal office. We just show up, do the work, and head home in the traffic like everyone else around here. We have a small calendar on the wall that someone forgot to flip for two months once.
