Shubh Yatra

Shubh Yatra is tucked away at AL-53 in Shalimar Bagh. This part of Delhi is mostly houses and parks, so it is a bit quieter than the commercial hubs. We run our travel business from here, mostly helping people figure out where they want to go and how to get there. The office is really just a simple room with some computers and maps on the wall. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements outside. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or looking at train schedules. It can be a bit stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone loses their ticket, but we just do what we can to help. It feels more like a family setup than a big company. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk to the people who drop by for a chat. Shalimar Bagh is a nice place to be, and being in the AL block makes it easy for us to get to work without a long commute. We don't use any complicated systems or have a big corporate hierarchy. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks, making sure people get to their destinations without too much trouble. It is a straightforward way to spend the day in North Delhi.
