Shroff Eye Centre

You can find us on the third floor of Plot No. 3 in the D 3 block here in New Delhi. It’s a busy building with a lot going on. When you walk in, you’ll see the waiting area which is usually full of people. We’ve got chairs lined up and a desk where someone handles the files. The walls are mostly white and the lights are bright because people need to see what’s happening. There are various machines for testing eyes tucked into the smaller rooms. It can get a bit loud with children or people talking, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Our staff has been around for quite a while, so they know how to handle the rush. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, especially on Monday mornings, but that’s just how it goes when a lot of people need help at once. We don’t have fancy decorations. It’s just a medical office where the focus is on getting your vision checked or your glasses sorted. The elevator is sometimes a bit slow, so if you're in a hurry, you might want to arrive a few minutes early. We just try to get people seen as quickly as we can and get through the appointments. There is always a lot of paperwork to fill out, but we help where we can with that too.
