Our office is over in Mayur Vihar Phase I, specifically at 249 A Pocket I. Being part of the Srei Infra Fin Group means we have a lot on our plate when it comes to the hotel business. We spend most of our time dealing with the operational side of things. It’s not all about fancy lobbies and guest rooms; there’s a lot of management work that goes on behind the scenes. We’re often sitting around the table in our Delhi office trying to figure out the best way to keep everything running smoothly without spending a fortune. It’s a lot of looking at spreadsheets and talking to vendors. The area here in Mayur Vihar is pretty convenient for us. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve seen the industry change a lot. We don’t really go in for the flashy marketing stuff. Instead, we just focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep a hotel company functional. Sometimes the days get long, especially when there are new projects starting up. We have a decent team that knows how to handle the stress. Our office is a bit crowded with folders and blueprints, but that’s just how we work. We prefer to keep things straightforward and honest. It’s just about doing the job properly and making sure the hotels we're involved with are actually doing what they’re supposed to do for the guests.
