You can find Shrestha Holidays over at Manas Karki A 39/3 on Street No 06 in East Vinod Nagar. We’ve been here in Delhi 91 for a while now, running things from this local spot. It’s a typical neighborhood setup where the office is part of the community. We spend our time planning trips and vacations for people who want something simple and easy. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, a couple of chairs for guests, and a lot of brochures that we try to keep in some kind of order. Street No 06 is usually pretty busy with bikes and people walking by, so there is always something to look at out the door. We aren't some big corporate travel agency with a call center. It’s just us, usually Manas or one of the other staff members, sitting down and talking through travel dates. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for the inverter to kick in so we can finish a booking. It’s honest work and we like the people we meet. We’ve helped families plan their first big trips and seen them come back with photos. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when the phones are ringing off the hook, but we enjoy the pace of life here in East Vinod Nagar. It’s a small room but we have big maps on the walls to help us plan.
