Shree Raj Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is based out of a house, Hno-152, in Pocket-36 of Rohini Sector-20. We’ve been in this part of Delhi-110085 for quite some time. It’s a local business, through and through. We don’t have a big fancy office in a mall; we work from right here in the community. Mostly, we help people figure out their travel plans. It could be a flight, a train ticket, or a whole holiday package. Since we’re in a residential pocket, we know a lot of the people who live around here. They just walk over when they want to talk about a trip. It’s very informal. We usually have the TV on in the background or someone is bringing in tea. We’ve seen the travel industry change a lot with everything going online, but people still seem to like coming in and talking to a real person. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we always try to fix them quickly. The paperwork can be a lot, especially with visas and all that, so we spend plenty of time staring at computer screens. Sector-20 is a quiet enough place to work, and we like the pace here. We’re not trying to be the biggest agency in India. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their plans. It is just how we work.
