Shram Sakati Bhawan

We are based over in Nangloi at Shram Sakati Bhawan, specifically at D-69 in the Extn-II area. If you know this part of Delhi-41, you know it is always busy and full of people moving around. Our office is a place where we handle various labor-related matters and work issues. It is not one of those big, shiny corporate buildings you might see in the city center; it is much more of a practical, lived-in space. We spend our days talking to people who come in with all sorts of questions or who just need some help getting their paperwork filled out correctly. The area around Nangloi has a lot of energy and that definitely keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just keep going with what we were doing. We have been at this address for a long time and the locals generally know where to find us if they need something. We don’t have any fancy reception areas or expensive furniture. It is just a few simple chairs and some old desks where we sit and go through stacks of files. It involves a lot of reading and talking to folks from different parts of the city. Every day feels a little bit different depending on who walks through the door. We just try to stay organized so nobody is left waiting for too long for their turn.
