Showtime Event Management

Showtime Event Management is tucked away on Feroze Street, right off Rohtak Road in New Delhi. The address is 16/8637, and if you’ve ever driven down Rohtak Road, you know how packed it gets with trucks and cars. Our street is a bit narrower, filled with all sorts of small businesses and warehouses. We spend a lot of our time here surrounded by crates, lighting gear, and rolls of carpet. It’s a bit messy because something is always coming in from an event or being packed up for the next one. The office part is just a few desks shoved into the front where we handle the planning and the phone calls. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect big events to be planned, but it works for us. The walls are covered in old posters and notes from past jobs. We don’t really have a set schedule because events happen at all hours, so someone is usually here late at night or very early in the morning. The neighborhood is loud and dusty, and there’s always a bit of a scramble to find parking for the transport vans. We just do our work, drink a lot of coffee, and try to keep track of where all our equipment is at any given moment. It’s a busy life, but we’re used to the chaos of Feroze Street by now. It isn't a polished office, but we get the job done.
