Shivam Tour N Travels

Our office is in Block-5, specifically House No-15 in the S.F Colony of Sector-31. Faridabad has grown a lot, but this area has stayed mostly the same. Shivam Tour N Travels is run out of this spot. We don't have a big fleet of cars parked outside, just the ones we use for the day's trips. Most of our work is done over the phone or when neighbors walk in to ask about a trip to the hills or a ride to the airport. It’s a local business through and through. We’ve lived in this house for years, so we know everyone on the street. When you call us, you’re talking to someone who actually lives here, not a call center. The rooms are filled with maps and old registers where we keep track of the bookings. It’s not very high-tech, but we haven't lost a booking yet. Sometimes the kids from the colony play cricket right outside our door, so it can get a bit noisy in the afternoons. We handle a lot of the driving ourselves or hire local guys we trust. Sector-31 is a good place for us because it’s easy to get onto the main roads from here. We don’t do big advertisements. Most people find us because their cousin or neighbor used us before. It’s just a small family-run travel setup that keeps us busy every day.
