You can find us at House Number 1/10103B in West Gorakh Park. It is situated on Street No. 3K in the Shahdara area of Delhi. We are a local travel shop. We mostly help people out with their bus tickets and car rentals when they need to go out of town. It is a family-run kind of thing, so it feels very personal. The office is actually part of the house we live in. We know almost everyone who lives on this street. It gets really busy in the mornings when people are trying to plan their trips or catch a ride. We have a small desk and just a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who stops by. We don't have a website that looks like those big travel companies. We just use our mobile phones and a thick notebook to keep track of everything. Shahdara is a very lively and loud place to be. We have lived in this spot for a very long time. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood and they can just walk over. We don't promise anything crazy or impossible. We just find the best route we can for the person standing in front of us. It is honest work and we enjoy it. Sometimes the kids are running around in the back while we work, but that is just how it is here.
