Shiv Travels

Shiv Travels is based over in Rajbir Colony, specifically at B-476/4. It's near Ur Vihar in the Kundli area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from this side of Delhi, but we like the spot. We spend most of our time organizing trips and talking to drivers. The office is small and filled with maps and old registers. It isn't a high-tech hub, just a place where we manage the fleet and the bookings. Sometimes a bus is late or a car breaks down, and then the phones don't stop ringing. We just handle it as it comes. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we know the roads pretty well. The local chai shop knows exactly how we like our tea. We don't have a website with fancy buttons or anything like that. Usually, people just call us up or stop by the colony to see if we're free. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’re just regular folks trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It's dusty and noisy, but it's where we work. We don't have a polished front desk, just a wooden table and some benches. It gets the job done and keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We just do our thing and hope for clear roads.
