Shiv Travels

Shiv Travels is located up on the third floor of T-235 in Baljit Nagar. We are right near the Lal Mandir, which is a big help if you are trying to find the building for the first time. You have to walk up a few flights of narrow stairs, which can be quite a workout when the New Delhi heat is at its worst. The office is small, but we managed to fit everything we need into the space. We have got a few old desks, a printer that sometimes makes a very loud noise, and plenty of registers for the bookings. It gets pretty lively in here when people drop in to talk about their upcoming bus or train trips. Baljit Nagar is a very crowded area with tight streets, so there is always something happening right outside the window. We can hear the temple bells from Lal Mandir quite clearly, especially during the evening prayers. It is a very local, down-to-earth business. We do not have any fancy furniture or big television screens on the walls. It is mostly just us sitting behind our desks, trying to figure out the best routes and prices for people. We have been at this address for a long time now, and we know most of the shopkeepers on the street. It is a bit dusty and the ceiling fan does not always reach every corner, but it is where we work every day. We just keep things moving.
