Shiv Mobile Point

Shiv Mobile Point is a small shop located at CW-612 in Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar. This area is always full of big trucks and people moving heavy goods, so it gets quite dusty and loud outside. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We spend our days fixing mobile phones and talking to drivers who are usually in a hurry to get back on the road. It gets really hot in the summer because of the metal roofs nearby, but we have a small fan that helps a little bit. Inside, we have stacks of spare parts and old phones that we keep for components. To someone else, it might look like a mess, but we know where every single screw and screen is kept. We don't have a place for people to sit and wait, except for a couple of old stools if they are not being used for parts. Sometimes when it’s too crowded inside, we just stand out on the pavement to talk. We don't spend any money on advertisements because people around Transport Nagar already know where we are. We have seen the roads get dug up and fixed many times over the years. Shiv Mobile Point is just a simple place where we do honest work. We stay open until late in the evening because that is when the area is busiest. It’s just us doing what we know how to do at CW-612.
