Shine Mobile Telecom

Our shop is at Khanpur Bank Road Ambedkar Nagar C-1350. It is a small space but we manage to fit a lot into it. We mostly do mobile recharges, SIM cards, and small repairs like fixing charging ports or buttons. The counter is usually crowded with people wanting to top up their phones or buy a new screen protector. We have a lot of different phone cases hanging on the walls to make the place look a bit colorful. Bank Road is always noisy with traffic, so we usually have some music or the news playing on a small radio in the shop. We spend a lot of time cleaning finger marks off phone screens with a microfiber cloth. It is a fast-paced kind of job because people are always in a hurry to get back to work. We have a small stool behind the counter where we take turns sitting when the legs get tired. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use our backup lights to see what we are doing. We know most of the people who live in the Ambedkar Nagar area. They stop by not just for phone stuff but sometimes just to say hello or ask about the weather. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just have our work and our location. We keep the shop open late because that is when most people are coming home. It is a basic setup but it works for us.
