You can find our office on the 3rd floor of D-56 in West Patel Nagar. Climbing those stairs is part of our daily exercise here in New Delhi. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. West Patel Nagar is a bustling place with a lot of shops and people, so there’s always something going on outside. Up on the third floor, we handle all the travel arrangements. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old filing cabinets. It’s a bit of a maze of paper sometimes. We aren't a fancy agency with a glass front on the main road. We are just a group of people who know how to plan a trip. Our desks are usually covered in notes and tea cups. We talk to people about where they want to go and then we try to make it happen. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The 110008 area is our home and we like it here. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't use any scripts or corporate talk. We just tell people the facts about their travel and what they need to know. It’s a simple setup that works for us and has worked for a long time. The view from the third floor isn't much, just the roofs of other buildings, but we don't spend much time looking out the window anyway. We are too busy with the itineraries and phone calls.
