The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and travel maps everywhere. We spend our days planning trips and talking to drivers on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination to get things right. The school nearby means it gets really noisy when the kids are let out in the afternoon, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the bells and the buses. We have a small table where we keep the newspapers and a few old magazines for anyone waiting. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we are a private limited company. We don't use big words or fancy presentations here. We just sit down with a notebook and figure out the routes for our clients. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit to get back on the computers, but that’s just life in Delhi. We have been at this address for a long time and the neighbors know us. It’s a solid place.
