Our office address is 94 Bonjha in Ghaziabad. This is where we handle the bookings and the back-end stuff for Shikha Holiday Inn Resoarts Bhimtaal. Even though the resort is up in the hills, our administrative base is here in Ghaziabad. It’s a regular building in a residential-commercial area. There is a lot of traffic on the main roads near Bonjha, so it can be a bit of a struggle to get here during peak hours. Inside, we have a couple of desks and some phones that ring pretty often. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their vacation plans. It’s a bit strange being in a dusty city like Ghaziabad while talking about the fresh air in Bhimtaal, but that’s how it works for us. We keep brochures on the table and some old calendars on the wall. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files from over the years. We aren't trying to be a corporate travel agency. We are just a local team making sure the resort runs smoothly from a distance. Sometimes the printers jam or we run out of ink, just the usual office problems. We take our lunch breaks together in the small kitchen area. It’s a modest setup. We don't have any big signs, just the number 94 on the door. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and manageable for everyone involved.
