We operate out of F-38 in Ladosarai. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the big hotels you see on TV. This is where the staff and the management side of things get sorted out. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside but inside we are always moving. There’s usually a stack of uniforms waiting to be sorted or some maintenance logs that need signing. It’s a lot of mundane stuff that people don’t see. We have a small kitchen area where we drink tea and talk about the weekend. The traffic in Ladosarai can be a nightmare in the evenings so we all try to leave at different times. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise when we have deliveries coming in early but we try to keep it down. It’s just a place of work. We have desks, computers, and a lot of binders filled with schedules. We don't use big words or have meetings about culture. We just talk about who is covering which shift and if the supplies arrived on time. The floor is that old grey tile and the windows let in a bit of light if the dust isn't too thick. It’s just where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the wheels turning for the bigger operation. We aren't fancy, but we are here every single day.
