You can find us over in B Block of Shalimar Bagh, right at number 191. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this house for a good while. It’s a nice neighborhood and having the office here makes it feel more personal. We deal with all sorts of requests, from families wanting a quick holiday to people needing to get across the country for work. It’s a lot of looking up schedules and trying to find the best times for people to fly or take the train. The office is usually humming with the sound of the printer or someone on a call with an airline. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here who know our way around a booking system. We try to be honest about which hotels are actually good and which ones to avoid. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of life in Delhi. We like being in Shalimar Bagh because it’s where we live too. We see our clients at the market or while walking in the evenings. It’s a small-scale operation, but we take it seriously. We don't use fancy brochures to sell things. We just talk to people, find out where they want to go, and try to make the tickets happen without any errors. It’s been our life for years and we just keep at it.
