Sheraton Travel Pvt Ltd is based at N-43 in Model Town. It’s a well-known part of the city, and N-43 is a solid, older building that we’ve made our own. The office isn't about luxury; it’s about having a place to sit down and sort out travel arrangements. We have a few desks with computers that are usually open to flight schedules or hotel lists. The walls have some old posters on them that have been there for years. It’s a comfortable enough space, but we don’t have any of those modern fancy chairs or glass partitions. We use simple office furniture and keep our files in big plastic bins or on the shelves. Model Town is a nice area, so the walk to the office is usually pleasant, especially in the winter months. We get a lot of phone calls all day long, and the sound of the keyboard tapping is the main background noise. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all just sit and wait for it to come back so we can finish the bookings. We don't try to impress anyone with the office. It’s just a place where we do our work. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea on the corner. It’s a very settled, local feel. We come in, do the paperwork, talk to the people who call, and head home when the day is done. It’s a simple routine at N-43.
