Sheraton Hotel

Sheraton Hotel is located at Changappa Somaiya, Post Box 5902, Safat 13060 in Kuwait. This isn't a new place; we have been at this location for many years. The building is quite large and takes a lot of effort to keep everything running correctly. We have rooms for all sorts of people traveling through Safat. The sun here in Kuwait is very strong, so staying inside the hotel is usually the best bet for most of our guests. Working here involves a lot of walking back and forth through the hallways. We don't use any fancy talk about what we do. It’s just a hotel. We make sure the beds are ready and the lights work. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them quickly. The staff here comes from all over, and we just try to get along and do our jobs. It gets very busy during certain seasons, and then other times the lobby feels almost empty. We just keep the doors open regardless. It’s a big operation with many different departments, but at the end of the day, it's just about providing a place to stay. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything. We just show up and handle the guests. It’s a lot of work to manage a place this size in this heat, but we have been doing it at this address for a long time.
