We are based in Sudarshan House, which is right in the Gautam Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s unit 114. If you’ve ever walked around here, you know it’s a lot of medical students and small offices nearby. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, computers, and a lot of phones. It gets quite loud during the middle of the day. There is always someone talking or typing away. We don’t have a fancy lobby with plants. It’s just a working office where we handle the logistics and whatever else comes up on the schedule. The building itself has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time looking at screens and making sure things are moving where they need to go. Lunch usually means someone goes out to grab rolls or parathas from the stalls down the street. We eat at our desks mostly. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we get our exercise in. Gautam Nagar is always full of energy, especially with all the clinics and labs around. We see a lot of people walking by with bags and files. Our own office feels a bit tucked away from that madness once you get inside. We have a small balcony where we keep some empty crates and a couple of dying plants. It’s a bit chaotic but it’s our way of getting things finished. We just show up every morning and do the work.
