Sharma Communication

We’ve been here at Kashmiri Gate in the Bada Bazar area for quite a while now. It gets really crowded outside Sharma Communication especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. We mostly handle things like mobile recharges and fixing those little issues people have with their phones every day. The shop isn't very big, but we make it work. You can find us at Janakpuri Bada Bazar Kashmiri Gate 8 if you know the area well. It's usually noisy with all the traffic passing by, but that is just how it is around here. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit on the stools and wait. We try to keep the glass counter clean but with all the dust from the road, it is a constant job. Mostly, it is just us helping people with their SIM cards or finding a charger that actually fits their old phone. People come in asking for directions a lot too since we are right on the main path. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. Just the basic stuff on the shelves. It gets hot in the summer months, but the fan keeps things moving. We open up early and usually stay until the market starts to wind down in the evening. It is a simple life here in the bazar and we are used to the rhythm of the street. My nephew helps out sometimes when school is closed. We've seen many shops change hands around us over the years, but we stay put at Janakpuri Bada Bazar Kashmiri Gate 8. It’s a lot of talking to the same neighbors every morning. We drink a lot of tea while we work on things.
