We've been operating out of these F/11-C DDA Flats in Munirka for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi 67, and honestly, the stairs can be a bit much some days when we have lots of people coming in and out. We handle a lot of the big construction and engineering stuff that you see around the city, but inside this office, it's mostly just paperwork, ringing phones, and people looking for missing files. Sometimes the tea lady comes by a bit late, and we just have to make do with whatever is left in the kettle. The desks are always a bit cluttered with blueprints and old folders that we really should organize better when we find the time. People usually know where to find us because the building is pretty distinct in the DDA complex, even if the paint is peeling a little. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we get through the long lists of things that need doing before the sun goes down. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's coffee orders by heart and who likes to complain about the heat. It gets noisy outside with the traffic and the usual Delhi bustle, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep things moving, dealing with the projects and the site reports as they come in.
