Shangri-La,New Delhi

Our place is located at 103, Satya Niketan. It’s very close to Venky College, so there are always students around. This Shangri-La is just a local spot in a very busy part of Delhi. It’s not the big hotel you might be thinking of. We’re just a small establishment trying to make it in this neighborhood. The building is typical for Satya Niketan, a bit cramped and tall. We have a lot of young people coming in because of the colleges nearby. It keeps the energy up, even when we’re tired. We don't have a lot of fancy staff or corporate rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we forget to change the light bulbs or the menu has a few typos. It’s just us running things. The space is a bit small, and during lunch hours, it can get really loud with everyone talking at once. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a nice community to be part of. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place going. It’s not a polished operation. We have our good days and our bad days like anyone else. If you’re around the college area, you’ll probably see us. We’re just regular people working hard in a busy city.
