We are located right here in Zakir Nagar, near Okhla. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and our office at 146/21 is where we spend most of our days. It isn't a big fancy place, just a room where we handle travel bookings and talk to people about where they want to go. Usually, the morning starts with opening the shutters and getting the computer running. The streets outside get loud pretty early with rickshaws and people heading to work. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a bit now. Most of what we do involves looking up train schedules or finding flights that aren't too expensive for the local families. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just sit and wait while drinking some tea from the shop next door. It’s mostly just two or three of us here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to help folks get their paperwork sorted for their trips. If you walk past the Okhla station area, you know how crowded it gets, so we appreciate when people actually make it to our door. It’s a simple setup. We have some old maps on the wall and a few chairs for people to sit while we print out their tickets. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out, making sure people get their journeys planned without too much trouble.
