You can find us at D- 70 Shakarpur Main Vikas Marg, right opposite the Archiecs Gallery. It’s a very busy part of town, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people walking by our door. Call 4 Trip is basically just a few of us sitting at desks with phones and computers, trying to help people figure out their travel plans. Whether it’s a bus ticket to a nearby city or a flight further away, we spend our time looking at schedules and prices. The walls have a few maps pinned up, but they’re starting to look a bit old now. It gets quite loud because of the main road right outside, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of buses and cars. People often just pop in because they saw our sign while walking to the metro. We don’t have any slick brochures; usually, we just write down the details on a scrap of paper for the customer. Sometimes the booking systems go slow and we have to apologize while we wait for the screen to load. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like hearing about where people are going. We keep a stash of tea and biscuits for when the day gets long and the phones don't stop ringing. It’s a simple, local setup on a very busy street, doing what we can to get folks where they need to be. Most days we are just busy checking dates and confirming hotel stays.
