You can find Shagultravels Pvt Ltd, Karol Bagh on the second floor of D-262 in Nehru Vihar. We are quite close to Timarpur, even though the name mentions Karol Bagh. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs to get to us. The office is a dedicated space for planning trips and sorting out travel documents. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms filled with desks and maps. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and hotels. It can be a bit stressful when plans change at the last minute, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big, glossy office with expensive furniture. Everything here is functional and a bit worn in. We don't use a lot of fancy language to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another. Nehru Vihar is a good location for us because it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have our own way of doing things and we don't follow a corporate handbook. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our computers, probably with a few travel guides lying around. We don’t have a list of goals on the wall. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure the paperwork is done on time. It's just a regular travel office. We like the local vibe of Delhi-110054 and we stay busy every day.
