Anil Dutt 206 B, Pocket-E, Lig Flats. G.T.B. Enclave is where we are. It’s a busy part of Delhi, near the hospital. We deal with houses and flats here. Mostly local stuff. The office isn't big. We've been around the enclave for a while now. People come in to ask about rent or buying small places. It’s mostly Lig flats in this pocket. Delhi 110093 is the pin. Dealing with property paperwork takes a lot of time. We sit here and talk to neighbors. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic. We just try to keep things moving. Not much to say really. We handle the local area. If someone needs a place in Pocket-E, they usually find us. It's just a regular office. We keep files in the back. Sometimes the tea guy comes by. It’s just how things work in G.T.B. Enclave. We know the streets well. We spend our days looking at property papers and meeting folks from the colony. It's practical work. Nothing fancy about the way we do things. We just stay here in the Lig flats area and help out where we can. The address is 206 B. You can find it if you know the pocket. We've seen the area change over the years. More cars now. Still the same old buildings mostly. That's life here at S.G.Estates Ltd. We just keep at it every single day.
