Sewara Hospitality

Down here in Khichri Pur at 4/245, things stay pretty loud most of the day. Sewara Hospitality is based right in the middle of all the noise. We aren't in one of those high-rise buildings you see in the newer parts of Delhi. Instead, we are tucked away where people actually live and work. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and old furniture taking up room. Every morning starts with someone trying to fix the internet or cleaning off the dust that seems to come in from the street no matter what we do. It’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't really need to explain things to each other anymore. We just know who handles what. When people call or stop by, they usually talk to whoever is closest to the door. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it gets the job done for the people we deal with. We don’t try to act like something we aren't. We just provide what we can from this small corner of Delhi 91. It gets busy, it gets hot, and we just keep going with the tasks we have in front of us.
