Our place is at C 342 in the Dda Flats of Chitrkut Vihar. It’s a standard New Delhi residential block, and we have turned this flat into our workspace. Sevenseas India has been running from here for a while now. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we kind of like. You have to walk up the stairs and find our door among all the other neighbors. Inside, the rooms are filled with files, computers, and a couple of printers that seem to have a mind of their own sometimes. We have a small balcony where we go to get a bit of air when the office feels too small. The neighborhood is typical for this part of Delhi, with kids playing outside and neighbors chatting. We are just a small team of people trying to keep our shipping and logistics work organized. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different parts of the country. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small one near the bell. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of life here. We sit around the main table for our meetings and eat snacks while we talk through the day's tasks. It is just a regular, honest place to work.
