We are located at A-23 in Kala Vihar, which is part of Mayur Vihar Phase-1. Our business, Serving By Home Delivery, is exactly what the name says. We spend our day coordinating deliveries across this part of Delhi-110091. It is a lot of logistics and timing. Our office isn’t much to look at; it’s mostly a hub where the orders come in and the drivers head out. There are always keys jingling and bags being packed. Mayur Vihar is a crowded area with lots of narrow lanes, so we have to know the map pretty well. It’s a busy life. We don't have time for fancy office furniture or polished speeches. We just focus on getting things from one point to another without them getting damaged or lost. Some days the traffic is so bad that everything gets backed up, and we just have to keep calling people to let them know. It’s an honest living. We work out of this spot in Kala Vihar because it’s close to where our customers are. You won’t find any corporate slogans here. We just want to make sure the bikes are running and the addresses are correct. It can be stressful when the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that's just the nature of the work.
