Our base is in Shahdara, specifically at 503-A Jwala Nagar. It’s an older part of Delhi and it feels like it. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. It’s not a shiny new office building, just a functional place where we can do our work. Being in Jwala Nagar means we are surrounded by small shops and local houses. We handle various services from here. It’s mostly administrative stuff and talking to people on the phone. We don't have any fancy posters or a big reception area. It’s just where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded when it rains, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some huge international corporation, even if the name sounds a bit like that. It’s just us, a few people trying to get things done correctly. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy knows our orders by heart. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past our door. It’s a simple life and a simple office, and we like it that way. We just keep our files in order and deal with whatever task is sitting on the desk that day without any unnecessary drama or corporate talk. That is how we have always liked to do things in this neighborhood.
