We decided to start this because people always seem to need help at the most inconvenient times. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our schedules and tools. It’s not a fancy place at all. Since we offer help 24 hours a day, someone is usually around, even if it’s very late or early in the morning. It can be a bit tiring, but it’s what we do. We don't have a marketing department or a spokesperson. We’re just a bunch of workers who know how to fix things and provide the services people ask for. The neighborhood is busy and can be a bit messy, but we fit right in. We try to be as straightforward as possible about our work. If something is going to take a long time, we just say so. We’ve been here in Palam Colony for a while now, and most people around here know they can just give us a call whenever something goes wrong.
