We are based at 5/35 Type-I in Jal Vihar, which is right in Lajpat Nagar. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi-110024. The office is located in a residential-style building, which is quite common around here. We handle facility management, which basically means we spend our time organizing maintenance and making sure buildings are taken care of. Our own office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are a bit too full, and a corner where we keep some of the equipment. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s more of a place where we come to coordinate with our teams and handle the paperwork. Lajpat Nagar is always crowded and busy, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. We’ve been at this Jal Vihar address for a while now. The space is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have a lot of marketing materials or big slogans on the walls. We just have our logs and schedules to keep track of. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on things. We are just regular people doing a job that needs to be done. If you come by, you'll see we are just a small, hardworking group. We like the location because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. It works for what we do every day.
