Our workplace is a bit different because we are located C/O Maj Saurabh Setia at Quarter Number P 17. It is in Village Hiren Kudna, which is part of the Nangloi area in Delhi. Being in a residential or official quarter means it’s not your typical storefront. We provide various services from here, mostly focusing on maintenance and repairs that people need. Our tools and equipment are kept ready in the back. Because we are in Nangloi, we end up traveling to different parts of the city quite a bit. The staff here is used to the local roads and the time it takes to get around. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us through local contacts or by knowing the Major. It is a very hands-on type of business. When something breaks or needs fixing, we get the call and head out. Some days we are working on electrical stuff, other days it might be something else entirely. It is a small team, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. We keep our records in a simple ledger and make sure we don't overcomplicate the work. It is about showing up and doing the job right so the customer is satisfied. Living and working in the Hiren Kudna area keeps us grounded and busy throughout the month. It is a quiet village life mostly, but the work we do keeps us connected to the whole of Delhi.
