We’re Serco, located at D/22 in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. If you know the area, you know it’s packed with hotels and small offices because it’s so close to the airport. Our building is pretty much like the others on the street—nothing special to look at from the outside. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, and it’s a busy place to be. There’s a constant flow of people coming in and out, and the tea stall nearby is where we usually end up for our breaks. Inside, it’s just a standard office setup. We’ve got desks, some older computers, and a lot of people trying to get their work done amidst the noise of the city. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a polished reception area. It’s more of a "get in and get to work" kind of environment. We handle various service tasks and support work from here. Some days are smoother than others. When the power goes out, we all just sit around and wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we’re just here to do the job. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done anyway regardless of how the place looks.
