Serco Infovision Bpo

We've been here at B47/3 in the DDA Flats for quite some time now. Naraina Vihar is a busy area, but our little corner is where Serco Infovision Bpo operates from. Most people around here just know us as the office where the lights stay on late. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. It's just a regular flat where we've set up our desks and computers to handle the work that comes in. Dealing with business processes means we are usually on the phone or typing away for hours. Sometimes the internet acts up or the tea guy is late, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk or take a rickshaw to get here. It's a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, especially during the middle of the day. We have a couple of small rooms filled with wires and headsets. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. The focus is just on getting through the daily tasks and making sure nothing gets missed in the shuffle. It gets noisy when a few people are talking at the same time, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We've got our routine down now. Every morning starts with checking the logs and seeing what the priorities are for the shift. It’s honest work, and being tucked away in the residential part of Naraina Vihar makes it feel more like a community spot than a big corporate office. We just do our thing.
