Serco Bpo

You can find us at Pocket B 21A in Ashok Vihar Phase-II. This is our office in New Delhi-110052 where we handle all the BPO work. Serco Bpo is a place where the phones never really stop ringing. We have a lot of people working here in shifts, so the office is almost never empty. It’s a big room full of cubicles and headsets. Ashok Vihar is a nice enough area, though it gets a bit crowded during the morning rush. We don't have any flashy decor or anything like that. It’s just rows of computers and people talking to customers all day long. Some of us have been here for years, and others are just starting out. The break room is where we all hang out to get away from the noise for a few minutes. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just focus on answering the calls and trying to help people with whatever they are asking about. Sometimes the system goes slow and we have to apologize to everyone on the line. It is just the reality of working in a call center. We try to keep things organized, even though there are always papers everywhere. We show up, put on our headsets, and do the work until the next shift arrives to take over. It’s a busy life here in Phase-II.
