Serco Bpo

Serco Bpo is based at B-13/27 in the Double Storey Quarters. This is right in Dev Nagar, which is a busy part of Karol Bagh in New Delhi. The area is always crowded and finding a spot for a scooter is a nightmare most mornings. Our office is quite simple. We have phones and computers and a group of people working hard. It is not some shiny corporate building with a lobby. We are in an older block of quarters. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the space works for what we need to do. We handle a lot of calls and data entry every day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. People come and go throughout the shift. We have been at this address, 110005, for a long time. The tea stall right around the corner is where we usually go when we need a break. We do not have a big cafeteria or anything fancy like that. It is just a regular workplace. We try our best to stay on top of all the tasks. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We do not use big corporate words or have long meetings. We just answer the calls and fix the problems as they come up. It is a local feel here in Karol Bagh.
