Serco Bpo

We are based at 92/32 Madanpuri in Sagarpur, New Delhi. Serco Bpo is where we handle a lot of the back-office work and calls that keep other businesses running. Our office is tucked into the Madanpuri area, so it's a very local feel, not like those big glass buildings you see in the main business districts. We have a bunch of desks and computers set up, and there’s usually a lot of talking going on as people handle their tasks. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once, and the air conditioning sometimes struggles with the Delhi heat, but we make it work. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees in this one spot; we’re a smaller team just doing our daily shifts. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. It’s a lot of sitting and typing or talking to people on the other end of the line. Sometimes the internet cuts out or we have a power cut, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. We just try to keep up with the work coming in and make sure we don't fall behind. It’s a steady job and we take it seriously, even if the office feels a bit lived-in and simple. We have been in Sagarpur for a while now and the routine stays pretty much the same every week.
