About Senior Customer Care Executive In Bpo Industry – Tourism in Delhi
Down in Rohini, at Ayodha Chowk, things are always a bit noisy. Our spot is at D-14/175, and if you’re looking for us, just listen for the sound of people talking on headsets. It’s a BPO setup, but it’s not one of those massive ones in the tech parks. We’re right here in the middle of a residential block, so it feels more like a neighborhood thing. Most of the staff are local kids from around Delhi-85 who come in for their shifts. The desks are a bit crowded, and there's always a half-empty coffee cup somewhere. We deal with customer care, which means we hear a lot of complaining all day long. You get used to it after a while. The Ayodha Chowk area is great for food, so lunch breaks are usually the best part of the day. We don't have a HR department that does fancy team-building stuff. We just work, talk, and try to meet the targets so the bosses don't get annoyed. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the headsets break, and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. People come and go, but the core group has been here for years. It’s just a normal workplace in a busy part of Rohini where everyone is trying to make a living.
