We are Semco Infratech Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us at Plot No -38 in the F.I.E. area of Patparganj. This place is pretty much an industrial zone, so it’s full of warehouses and small factories. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rest of the street. Inside, it’s mostly desks, some technical equipment, and a lot of wires. We deal with infrastructure-related products and testing tools, so there’s always something being unboxed or calibrated. It gets a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives, and we have to stack boxes wherever they’ll fit. The lighting in the back could be better, but we’ve got lamps for the detailed work. It’s a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to helping load a truck. Patparganj is a good location for us because it’s well-connected, though the roads can be a bit rough after a heavy rain. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signage. We’d rather just have the tools we need to get the job done correctly. Most of our day is spent talking to clients on the phone or checking specifications on a computer screen. It’s steady work, and we’ve been at it from this same plot for quite a few years now. It’s nothing glamorous, just a typical business day in East Delhi.
