We have been running Select Vacations Pvt Ltd from our office at 10-B in Shipra Suncity for a while now. If you know Indirapuram, you know how busy it gets around here. Our spot in Ghaziabad is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people asking about flight timings. It’s a small space, so we all end up knowing exactly what everyone else is working on. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and brochures lying around on the tables. Most of us have been in the travel business for years, so we know how messy things can get when a train is cancelled or a hotel doesn't have a booking on file. We spend our afternoons mostly calling up airlines and trying to find better prices for people who walk in. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes because the neighborhood is always noisy with traffic outside, but we like the energy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes we stay late because of the time differences with other countries, but that is just part of the job. It is honest work and we have some regulars from the apartment blocks nearby who stop by just to chat about their next trip.
