Select Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of Raipur Tarahar village. It's a bit of a different setup compared to the big offices you see in the center of New Delhi. Being in a village area means we have a bit more space and a different pace of life. We work on various infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps, plans, and technical documents. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we are always busy. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with managing infrastructure. Sometimes the roads out here get a bit muddy when it rains, making it hard for people to reach us, but we’re used to it. The team is made up of people who just want to get the job done without any fuss. We don't use corporate jargon or have long-winded mission statements. We just try to make sure our projects are on track. It’s simple work in some ways, but it requires a lot of attention to detail. We’ve been here in Raipur Tarahar for a while now and we know the local community well. It feels good to be working away from the noise of the main city while still being part of the New Delhi region. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
