Select City Walk

This location for Select City Walk is actually at 970/31 in the Dda Flats of Madangir. While people usually think of the big shopping mall when they hear the name, this is more of an administrative or support spot tucked into the residential area of New Delhi. It’s a lot quieter here than at the main retail site. We work out of one of the flats that has been converted for office use. It has a very different feel—more like a home than a corporate building. There is a small kitchen where we make coffee and a living area that holds most of the desks. We deal with a lot of the paperwork and local coordination that keeps things running behind the scenes. Madangir is a crowded neighborhood, so there is always something happening outside the window. We see the same neighbors every day and it feels like a community. The office doesn't have a big lobby or security guards. You just come up the stairs and knock. It is a humble setup, but it’s efficient for what we need to do. We spend our time on spreadsheets and phone calls rather than worrying about the latest retail displays. It’s a practical, no-frills environment where we can just focus on the administrative side of the business without the distractions of the main mall crowds. It works well for the team we have here.
