Sehgal Tourist

Sehgal Tourist is located in Tilak Nagar at Wz-L62B/C New Mahavir Nagar. We are on Street No. 22, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't used to the narrow streets in this part of New Delhi. It is a very busy area, full of shops, rickshaws, and people moving around all the time. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our logs and take calls. It’s not a polished space by any means. We have stacks of files and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and figuring out who needs to be where. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much anymore. Tilak Nagar has a lot of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. We aren't trying to be a huge travel agency with a glossy website. We just know the roads and the local routes well. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or broken-down vehicles, and that’s when it gets stressful. But usually, it’s just about getting the paperwork done and making sure the schedules are set. We’ve been at this spot on Street 22 for years. We know the neighbors and the local tea seller who comes by every afternoon. It’s just a small, local operation that keeps us busy from morning till night. It's a lot of work but we like it.
