We are Seasons Catering Services (P) Ltd., and you can find us at B-4/147, Sector-7 in Rohini. The office is actually c/o Sh.M.R Mannan, who has been around here for a long time. Our work is mostly about food and events. When you do catering, your schedule is never really normal. We spend a lot of time planning menus and counting plates and spoons. Most of our real work happens in kitchens or at the venues where the parties are, but this Rohini spot is where we handle all the bookings and the planning. It is a small place filled with samples of tablecloths and folders of old menus. We aren't some big fancy firm with a huge staff. It’s a family-style operation where everyone chips in. If a truck needs loading, we all go out to help. Sector-7 is a good neighborhood, and we have done many weddings and birthdays for the people living in these blocks. We don't use much fancy technology, just a lot of lists on paper to make sure we don't forget the salt or the napkins. It gets very stressful during the wedding season when we have three events in one weekend. We are often up late at night making sure the preparations are done. It is a lot of physical work, but we are used to it by now. We just try to provide decent food and make sure the event goes okay without any big disasters.
